General Conditions
- Our price list is valid as of 15.09.2026 and includes freight for Istanbul. A freight surcharge is invoiced for other provinces.
- Products are delivered on the truck at the address specified by the buyer; unloading costs and any risks that may arise are borne by the buyer.
- Orders that have been produced are shipped within 30 days at the latest following the production date.
- For orders kept in stock for more than 30 days, a monthly 5% storage fee is invoiced to the buyer.
Payment Terms
- Our prices are quoted on a CASH IN ADVANCE basis.
- Payments may be made by EFT/bank transfer, by credit card in a single payment or in installments with the cards of contracted banks.
- For term sales of up to 60 days under a bank letter of guarantee, a monthly 5% term surcharge is added to the price.
- A monthly 5% late payment charge is applied to invoices not paid on their due date.
- Our prices do not include Value Added Tax.
